the guy was playing football about a month ago I wouldn't trust him to lay down a bunt in that situation.

You can bunt but it isn’t the end of the world to not bunt. If Hampton hits it on the ground up the middle he probably isn’t getting doubled up so you still have runners at the corners with one out.
