It's infuriating and makes zero sense
A)They are different sports with different strategies. They even differ in the one common comparator between CPM and CLM which would be adapting to changes in their respective sports, where CPM has recruited to small ball for Ameritrade, while CLM stuck with the Pro style out-man you method over the popular spread style.
B)Miles has the best win % of any LSU FB coach since Wingard, the only one to play for 2 NCs and one of 3 LSU FB coaches to win one.
If you're going to dis CPM by relating him to a coach of a totally different sport, at least use an utter failure.

What about
You actually have to wait until BS is tearing the nba up to include him. He'll actually be a rookie next year.
We know how other guys have preformed in the nfl. 2 have said they should have won a title while playing at LSU.

Let's compare them to Curley Hallman.

I like your post, but you have to remember that it is hard for a idiot to stop being an idiot just because you have a new coach !

You are not level headed and who gives a shite if you say it's time. Your only reason is because he hasn't won enough games in Omaha which every fan base is the nation could say.

Mayhawman you know facts never get in the way of a lsu fan shitting on the most successful tenure in lsu football history.

He needs to change out gibbs after this season.
This is one reason I wasnt a fan of hiring O...I wanted to make sure we had a head coach that could bear the responsibility of something besides hiring coaches.

lthough short of infuriating, it doesn't make much sense to me.

Of course if we fire PM, we probably replace him with an out of work pitching coach from Baylor or something.

Seriously how stupid are you? That's exactly what I said you moron. My statement was I am not a CPM fan so I know I'm more trigger happy than I should be, I was asking when do the more level headed fans say it's time. That GED isn't worth what it once was I guess.

Rick you of all people know I'm not a Miles pumper at all but he's a better coach than pulmonary by light years. Miles took a program on the edge of being a top 5 team and kept us at that level for about 6/7 years, CPM took by far the most dominant program in college baseball and has turned us into USL playing in the SEC. It's not even close as to who is the better coach.

Miles had the best stretch in the history of LSU football. Paul hasn't.
Miles was in charge of what brings in all the money and the reason, a long with alumni, that all other sports got shiny new shite.

How many times did Les Miles win the SEC?
How many times did Paul Mainieri win the SEC?
What shape was LSU football in when Miles took over?

CPM has 3 sec titles Miles has 2. CPM has 1 World Series final appearance Miles has 2 championship game appearances. Miles inherited a borderline top 5 program CPM inherited the unquestioned top program in college baseball.
Posted on 4/24/17 at 6:38 pm to Madking
Lsu didnt make the postseason before PM took over. He has had lsu top 10 each othe last 5 years, Miles took a top 5 program, kept its level close to the top until 2011, then dropped them to a 20th or so ranked progrAm
Posted on 4/24/17 at 6:46 pm to josh336
Well actually Smoke made the post season every year except 1 at LSU with 2 World Series appearances so you're wrong there LSU def made the post season before CPM got here. In fact both coaches made the World Series at an equal percentage 40% of the seasons they've coached here with CPM likely to fall behind Smoke in that regard after this season. Miles also did what he did under much tougher conditions and with much better competition throughout the country without the advantage of a tourney which means he had to finish top 2 in the country to even have a chance almost every season.

You said it Miles maintained the status he inherited for at least a few years CPM did it for 1 season since then he's had the program regress under his leadership.

9-3, 16th ranked after starting at #4, out of the west in the first week of September after Georgia beat the shite out of us, not having back to back ten win seasons in over 25 yrs, and a passing offense ranked #62.

You really expose your age on here when you continually in every single post resort to calling people names like a fricking 10 yr old. You spend more time doing that than posting facts. Your post was obviously sarcastic that's why I responded that way. PM isn't going anywhere and you need to quit crying every time we lose a baseball game bra. It's time when's he says it's time
