Bama is almost in the NC. The real question is can we beat them again? I know we have the capability to beat them but how sure are you? I think it's 50-50.

It would be interesting to see how we handle Trent Richardson this time.

I like that fact that all out past BCS NC wins have been in N.O. game played every 4 years, so it seems to be our time. So far rant predicted an LSU Bama NC match and an LSU NC win. The first one came through.. I m waiting and hoping for the second one to come true.

I don't see how you wouldn't. Alabubba had their chance at home and lost.

I think the offense has improved, and home dome advantage will help. Alabama is going to have a player on their offense step up. #3 will not be enough by himself. I would put it at 70 - 30 LSU advantage.

Yes, I still think Tigers have better athletes. Did I want the Tigers to play them again? No. Don't care if you like Saban or not, giving that guy 30+ days to prepare for you with the talent he has in the house is dangerous.

I particularly like the fact that we wore them down, by OT we were running on full speed and they were out of gas. That has not happened to Alabama before and must worry them.

The win, plus the fact that we made their a$$'s quit in OT has got to be a great confidence boost for us and hit for them

I like our chances..... but you gotta play the game....

By capability I mean we have the talent and the coaching capability to do so. Will we be able to execute is the question.

LSU will not lose in N.O.

Plus (and, I shudder to post this) JJ is more involved in the Offense, now. Against Bama, he had not been fully re-incorporated, yet.

i think the rematch favors bama ever so slightly. its tough to beat the same team twice especially when they are so evenly matched.

can we yes

Great point. Wear out their LBers and own the 4th.

LSU by 13.

In the Superdome?

myth. Look at the SECCG rematches. The team that won the 1st matchup usually wins the rematch. Because they are likely the better team.
