They beat them in a three game series already in a series LSU lost the game Skenes pitched so if it’s in the NC series then yes.

Outside of those two lefties they don’t have much pitching.

We’re 2-2 against them so I don’t see why not

We're in good shape against them when Smith and Hollan aren't throwing. Hopefully we'll get a better strike zone and lay off their sweeping hook next time.

What if it was 0-4 or 4-0? It doesn’t matter. Records are irrelevant in the post season.

I don’t disagree with you that the thread is pointless.

Of course you can. But it all hinges on the timing of arms on the mound during the slog that is Omaha.

My thought is we had em beat today had Milazzo pulled hit mit back a hair or two. I have full confidence in our guys. Crews has hit shite together again and the rest of the lineup isn't gonna get cheated on any pitch. They're gonna work. We'd beat Arky like a mule in Omaha, this team has a penchant for revenge. See SCarolina the other day.

The strike zone outside the SEC is going to be a big factor.

I like our chances against anyone as long as we aren't pitching against this tight of a zone.

Considering after today, the games are 2-2, with Arky winning in extra innings and by one run today while in both of their wins pitching their top two pitchers.

LSU destroyed them when Arky wasn’t pitching Smith and Hollan.

Yes but they can also beat us. I would say they have their pitching staff figured out though much better then when we faced them at the box. Our margin for error if we are not hitting is almost zero though. They are the one team I don’t want to face in Omaha because they have faced Skenes twice. I would rather play Florida or even Wake Forest because they have not faced him this year.

I feel like in recent years no matter how stacked LSU is, Arkansas and Florida are always somehow a tad better. Probably just ptsd from 2017 but I feel like we never just take care of business against them.

It’ll be tough if these 2 pitchers are pitching

Uhh outside of 2017, the last time we played either in the postseason was Arkansas in Omaha in 2009 and we kicked their arse

When has Arkansas ever beaten us or anyone else when counts?? I'm more worried about Florida or Wake Forest or probably even Tennessee...

It's very doubtful they'll be able to stack them a 3rd time against LSU in Omaha.

Again, even with stacking them, they won in extra innings regular season and by 1 run today.
