Can Lowery be arrested or charged with anything?
For breaking a restraining order or peace bond?
Throwing the first punch if the other side presses charges?
Are there other opportunities to charge Lowery with other charges?

Absolutely he can. He gets into a fight and slaps/hits one of his ex's friends a week ago on the same day or the day before all this other stuff went down, gets a judge to grant a temp. restraining order and not even 24 hours later he gets into another fight, stalking his ex.
Damn right he can.
Edit: The restraining order was granted yesterday. Not filed.
But the stuff with him hitting on of his ex's friend's happened on the 18th. The Shady's incident was on the 19th.

Yep, and its coming. Either the Police will do it, with what they uncover, or Fisher will file, if any charges are filed on his clients.

The possibilities are endless. Keep thinking and list some more. Speculation is wonderful. Keeps the gray matter in tact.

This is like a maniacal game of Clue-less. I'm saying that Mr Jefferson did it at a bar with his shoe. But I feel it was provoked but then again it shouldn't have been taken to the extreme it was. I say said provoker should be arrested as well if provokee gets jail time for beating him up. So yes.

It would be cooler if his name was Mike Lowery so he could say it like Martin does in Bad Boys...im just saying.

Just could be one of those things that are both agreed to be swept under the table.
But we still have nothing on the other 3 involved.

Did he lie about who threw the first punch? That would be against the law. Maybe when he is presented with charges against him this whole thing gets dropped! That is what I am hoping for, since he basically needed his arse kicked.

Maybe this question is rhetorical.

Just to remind people, perjury =/= obstruction of justice
Both are crimes though.
