If he broke his hand and it screwed up his season, I wonder why he can't get the 6th year? That 6th season is granted at times.
Usually the 6th season is granted when a player used the first redshirt year for a season ending injury and then they have another season ending injury.

Burrow can also use the leverage of returning to LSU with the Cinn. Bengals.

1st pick in the draft and leaving LSU a National Champion. Can’t fricking beat that. He would have to be the biggest moron in the world to stay if that was even possible, which it ain’t.

If Burrow doesn't like going to Cinn unless certain changes are made, instead of sitting out a full year he could be playing at NFLSU.

Asking for a friend? LSU would be NFLSU!

he is potentially the #1 pick w a 78% completion rating he cannot have a better year.

Why would anyone risk 1st pick money to come back and risk a bad season or an injury.
Does not compute.
Does not compute.

If the word out is that the Cinncinatti Bengals won't supply Joe with the offense he needs or wants, why sit out an entire year? Play at LSU.

That would blow up the Sec Rant board with all the attention on Tua leaving. Laugh my arse off

Repeat after me: "Burrow will be 20+ million dollars richer in April."

There wouldn't be enough glassmakers in Alabama to repair all the broken trailer windows by Bama fans.

Why?
So he can get another year, then have a press conference announcing that he will forgo his senior season.

You have a point. Burrow could gain a year, then forgo it an enter the NFL's supplemental draft.
