Can anyone provide evidence Joe Alleva has a clue what he's doing?

I agree with this. Most of LSU's teams are terrible. That wasn't the case before he took over. I think the only team that has improved is women's golf.

him saying TJ could lose 20 games in a row, and the program is in good shape, was insulting. Coming from Duke I would hope he has a better knowledge of quality bb. His first hire is a debacle, hopefully he will listen to some local people the next time he hires a bb coach,

I could take two sides on this...
1) Alleva hasn't shown me a whole hell of a lot.
2) He ain't Joe Dean.
Ima roll with #2 thinking Alleva is learning on the job.

I thought he was not a good fit from the beginning. Actually conversed with him a few times and that convinced me even more!

Basketball ticket prices being more than $10 a game with low attendance is an issue. So is the adding of all the extra tradition fund money.

Can the posters here list the actual job description of an AD and compare Alleva to the rest of the pack?
While you're at it, why not rank the other SEC ADs? Who is good / who is bad and why?

that would require them to actually think and do research, you won't get that, the only answer you'll get is "jeremy foley is great" because florida is good in the big 3 sports

I opened the Reveille today and read about soccer losing, mens tennis losing again, womens tennis losing again, womens basketball losing again, mens basketball losing again and softball losing several times this weekend. The only team that won this weekend was baseball.
