Cam Lewis has been here for like 6 years I think and Hines is always dealing with some injury. Makes sense for them to both take a run at the league. Cam won’t get drafted and Hines might be late round.

Is the arena league still around? How does Alabama bring back round 2 and 3 guys, yet we lose undrafted guys.

Wow....just amazes me. Maybe a running back can't get much better, but an OL damn sure can. I doubt he even gets drafted.

I'm not sure who would be paying Hines, but I can almost guarantee it won't be the NFL. He could have came back, got in shape, continued learning under Davis, and who knows. This is insane.

Well suck it up for another year, apply yourself on the field, and maybe notch out a nice career for yourself. He didn't even start at LSU?

And he played pretty well when he needed to step in this year.

lets not get carried away...he made some plays, but I never got the feeling he was the answer at safety.

ill never forget him looking in the wrong direction on the florida hail mary play.

So who exactly would be paying Chasen Hines for his name, image or likeness?

Huge missed opportunity by Heinz 57 sauce imo

Seems like all the nfl success of lsu players has caused most all to think they will be able to roll right in abd start in the nfl. Most that are having success are no brainer early round picks. I do totally understand the family narrative if the player feels they need to go to help.

1. Pirate King fricked up by not listing how long these kids have been here.

2. All the comments bashing these kids are mostly dumbasses that don't know how long they have been here.

I would never say shite to a kid who has been at LSU for 4+ years. Both of these guys are actually seniors and only Hines has a year of eligibility left because of covid.

It’s almost as though the NCAA needs to have a system in place so these guys can get an idea if and where they’re slated to be drafted.

They do
