Cam was introduced as the offensive coordinator on Febuary 15, 2013. He was asked the following question at the press conference:

quote:

• When asked if he would “have the chest” to stand up to the head coach when the head coach is the one that's wrong, Cameron chuckled and said, “The bottom line is we're all in it together. Brothers fight like brothers sometimes, but we all know what's the most important thing.”

Found on dandydon.

We will soon find out if Cam Cameron has the chest.

What is Cams offensive philosophy. What did he run as a head coach? Do you know these things?

oh...i get it. its because you think Miles is doing the playcalling and overriding Cam.

except when the play works, right? then Cam stood up to him.

I never say "you are wrong". More like - "have you considered that we should change our approach?"

Probably hard to do that on headsets during a game.

He is paid handsomely to coach QBs, help develop the gameplan, and listen to his boss when it's time to run the toss dive or fullback dive.

Are you under the impression that the head coach of a program like LSU should not have any opinion or say in what his team does?

I'd be curious what other coaches that you hold this same standard of not wanting them involved in coaching decisions of their team.

I'm sure this shall be an interesting answer.

So Camerson is going to go wide open with no experience in key positions.
That's what a smart coordinator will do.
You can stay the course and gain experience to give you a chance to win the tough games coming up or you blow up everything, do everything the fans say and be lucky to finish 6-6

I think he has heart and the balls and I think he pronounces Arkansas correctly.

without googling, I doubt many can ID what Cams offensive philosophy is, yet they have an amazingly strong opinion on how it differs from Miles

Current disciples of Air Coryell. Today the most famous and successful advocates of this system are Cam Cameron, Norv Turner, Mike Martz, Tom Moore and Al Saunders.
Googled it so unless Les Miles was a disciple of Air Coryell, then the two offensive philosophies differ...
