Anthony Jennings is a talented young man

No doubt. But it will also be his first year starting in the toughest conference in the country. Our #1 and #2 WRs next year may be sitting on 0 receptions through 5 games this season and next year's starting running back may be in high school right now. We may be talented on offense next year but we lose A LOT of talent and experience. Its a damn shame our defense can't carry its own weight this year because this is our last shot at a title for a few more years.

I don't think this is our only title chance for the near future. Look at our offensive production.

Our offense has been terrible. This year it's great. We really couldn't ask for a better offense from what we've felt with over the years.

Now, if defense is just half the distance between now and our better years, we would be winning a NC this year. If our defense steps up a little we still have that shot.

All along we have just asked out offense to be a little better and we would have won a title or two over the years.

If our offense regressed next year and defense improved, we would still be balanced enough to claim a title. We don't need perfection from either side when each side is in the top 40-50 (round about number but just illustrating a point).

Cam wasn't recruited for the job, now the guys leaving early is another story.

This isn't the 80's or 90's retard.
Do you really think we would field a team that could only win 2 games against TCU, Auburn, UGA, MSU, UF, Ole Piss, Bama, TAMU, and Arkansas?
You really think we go 2-7 against that schedule?

If we did that, we would have a lot of new coaches, including a head coach most likely.

or when we played the Gumps for the NC

no Cam Cameron game plan would've helped JJ look like a respectable QB on that night...

Dude was coaching in the nfl. We only got him because he was fired. Even then fans werent impressed. We actually got lucky, he doesnt lose his job, we prob stick with stud or go after someone who wouldnt have had this quick of an impact.

Hindsight is 20/20 but im kind of glad Les waited and got the guy he wanted. I think he got the guy in Krags, but no one saw the parkinsons coming.

Jennings will be young but the SEC will have a ton of first time starters next season

Alabama replaces AJ
Georgia replaces Murray
A&M replaces JFF
USCe replaces Conner Shaw
LSU replaces Mett

Bo Wallace is the best returning QB in the conference next season. Cam and Jennings should be able to keep up with the big boys next fall IMO
