I think what I love about Scott is that he's just a football player. He will knock the snot out of someone if he needs to, he can juke 1 or 2 guys and turn a 3 yarder into a 8 yarder, and if he sees daylight he'll get you 20-30. He is perfect.

Also, he runs without bending his legs very much which means his knees don't take a beating.

I think he is a can't lose choice if you want a bull. He can easily put on 20 pounds and be a battering ram or lose 20 and be a shifty/quick back.

Jerome Bettis had a pretty good career being a non-prototypical back. They don't all need to be Ladanian Tomlinson... I love a big bruising back that can get you the yards. :-)

yeah stick Scott is a stud no doubt about it, you can't hold him accountable because that Kentucky player dropped low at the last minute and caught him off guard it happens, Scott did drop low to run over him the guy just dropped even lower

Ciron Black will be the first tiger, followed by C.Scott, and then B.Lafell IMO.

C.Black- mid 1st round
C.Scott- late 1st to early 2nd
B.Lafell- early 2nd to mid 2nd
R.Alem - late 2nd to early 3rd maybe. possibly early 2nd with a great year.
A.Woods - I saw he was projected to be #5 overall pick in some experts mock draft a year ago. I know he won't even be a 1st round, but possibly a 2nd or 3rd with a solid year.

The guy has spent his career looking over his shoulder and trying to be an "everyman". When he gets to the nfl he will be told what to be and do really well. Some GM will say "I want you to run over people" or they will say I want you to be able to pick hole and get me the yards that way". He will get a pretty good wonderlick. He's not a dummy like most guys that ultimately get into the league. I think he does well at the next level.

C Scott runs for 1500 yards and does he go in the first or second?

I think his workouts and quality of play will play a much bigger part in his draft success. Basically, 1000 yds + high ypc + a sub 4.55 40 time will be more beneficial than 1500+ yds + good ypc + over 4.55 40.

Basically Injury Concerns, 40 time, and ypc are the big factors in draft success for a RB

I think you know what I was saying. Some guys are prima donna players. Chuck is not a prima donna. He is a guy that will do whatever it takes to win. That's a nice quality for a rb.

Chuck and Reggie in the backfield together would be a great combo. Who knows, maybe he'll be around when the Saints (hopefully) pick in the very late 1st. but my guess is that he'll be gone by then. I think he gets 1200 yards and 4 ypr this year. Would be a nice pickup for anyone with those numbers.

Miles recruit, he'll be lucky to be drafted...the best thing he can do is tell teams he was a silent commit to Saban when he was a sophomore then he'll probably go top 5.

Scott isnt going before round 3

I don't think that is set in stone. If he were to have a big year, he could be a back end of round one / top end of round two back.

I do agree that if he had come out this year, he would have been a 3rd rounder.

Id say second round. Beanie Wells is a more proven RB in the same mold as Scott and he almost dropped to the second round.
