Speech isn't tied to IQ. A person's speech is tied to his geography and upbringing, not his intelligence.
Verbal, non-verbal, concrete and abstract reasoning are all things necessary to determine intelligence. Just from what I've seen, Herschel did not display these things in an "intellectual" manner i.e. his speech, his risky gambling (concrete reasoning) to me at first. I admitted that I probably didn't know much about Herschel, but just thought it was funny that he was valedictorian before I did my research.
Totally agree though that you can't judge someone just by how they talk.

Herschel is just an unreal human. He ran a lot in high school, he ran, A LOT, A LOT in college (25 per game freshman, 35 per game sophomore, 30 per game junior), dominated in track at school, dominated in USFL for 3 years, then played for 13 more years in the NFL. Then the dude goes for the Olympics after all of that, then he goes into MMA???

Exactly! I mean, have you heard Andrew Luck talk?

I played D1 as a Running Back and Grew Up watching Charles White, Marcus Allen, Herschel and Bo and there is nobody that was better than Hershel. Bo, Adrian Peterson, Marcus Allen barry Sanders and Leonard are all some of the greatest but Herschel take the top spot.

I don't get what you are saying. Are you doubting the validity that he was a all American in football and track. He was. or valedictorian of his high school?
Also what are you saying Leonard have what? on Herschel?
You really just don't make any sense at all to me

yeah. walker (and bo for that matter), had a fifth gear that fournette doesn't have. walker could have been an olympic 100m sprinter if he chose to do so.
there are several players on lsu's team that are faster than fournette. it's not really about that, fournette has excellent speed, he is fast, but he has ridiculous agility for any size, especially for a 230 lber with raw boned strength.
fournette compares favorably to peterson moreso than walker or jackson.

i agree 100%. bo is close, so is sanders, but walker is the top dog as far as ability.

This is totally unfair to Fournette.
Walker has a split personality. His non-football personality was Valedictorian.
