I never really believe the media anymore.
I just trusted our coach who’s won 2 nattys in 3 years to keep us competitive. Very surprised by this but I think he’s pissed off more than anybody. He’ll make it right and we’ll be back.

There was no on the field player leadership on this team, just from my observation. Guidry(#8), Milam, Stanfield, Brown, Curiel are all quiet no rah rah guys and just didn't emerge as leaders on the field.
Overall, hitting is subpar and the pitching staff is in big decline!

I remember early on saying pitching would get better, but remember, just about every batter goes through some kind of slump during the course of the season.

LSU fans are not the only one surprised by this season, anyone in the country who pays attention to college baseball is shocked
Lots if coaches are watching and thus will change how they view the portal going forward.
I think you are going to see a lot fewer big schools sign lower level players.
