Hey, remember that time Ree tard / Buckeye Jeaux attempted to say that a team scoring was the equivalent of giving the other team extra possessions? Good times.

Because we all know that if the team didn’t score they just would have possessed the ball for the entire game, amirite?

They are wrong because they are from an unqualified, unverified, and unverifiable source.

Stat nerds from the Big-10 tried to get CFB to make their fan-boy game logs reviewable (to help them with their credibility problem), but CFB failed to follow through.

Pure garbage, Damone. Knighting for them makes your choice of sources look bad.

[BTW, Check out their home page. Their most recent article is from 2018.]

Great job putting this together.

Take aways:
QB:
Burrow is very accurate even when he's being pressured. He rarely throws a pass that's uncatchable. If the OL improves even a little Burrow is going to make the defense pay. He also does a lot of damage with his legs. If he stays healthy I believe he's going to break Rohan Davey's single season passing record of 3347 yards! I expect 3500-4000 yards, 25-30 TD's and 65-70% completion. If not for Tua, Burrow would be 1st team ALL SEC in 2019.

WR:
1. Dee Anderson is the most physically gifted WR in these clips. Makes a lot of big plays in tight coverage and in the clutch.
2. Sullivan could be the best 3rd down possession receiver at LSU since Eric Martin.
3. Jefferson just gets open and makes great plays, is wide open more than any other WR.
4. Chase, Marshall, McMath with another season under their belts is just scary.
They ALL need to limit the drops but this is the 2nd most talented unit on the team, only because the DB's are #1 in the nation.

OL: Got abused last year. I believe they'll be better but they really were terrible. If LSU doesn't make the playoffs this year, the OL will most likely be the reason why.

Or even Josh Reed. He was always open on 3rd down even though everyone knew it was going to him.

MathKing probably got the hammer with his tirade this morning. Ricky pops up to jab and leave. You don’t expect him to stick around, do you? This YouTube proves his entire offseason narrative is bullshite. He claimed LSU ran max protect all year and you struggle to find those formations in the video.

Damn. I missed it.

The video wouldn't include sacks and/or Burrow escaping the pass rush and running for yardage would it? As usual, the truth is probably somewhere in between.

MathKing called LSU players murderers and rapists this morning, he was in rare form.

The OP’s video shows LSU in 3 or 4 wide formations on most passing plays. Burrow was running for his life often, though.

Completely uncalled for if this is true. Once again, that's just taking things too far. It's fairly easy to argue things here without be nasty and vulgar, but we just have some that can't do it on both sides of these arguments.

I’m starting to agree with the pin guy y’all hate. MathKing is a troll and not even an LSU fan.

I don't hate that guy. He just keeps making new accounts because he comes in after a day or 2 and starts accusing people of all kinds of dumb stuff. He's fun to mess with because he's had so many alters. If you can get him to put all of that aside, he's a pretty reasonable person.

He’s more of a reasonable person than many here. This offseason has been atrocious. We’re getting close though.

Yep. I'm about ready to stop messing with people in these threads and getting into the football talk. This off-season has really seen some ridiculous arguments and accusations of lying, etc. But, with the baseball team making it to a super regional and the Pelicans being relevant in the news, the off-season has really gone by quick this year.

Both sides? I've NEVER heard anyone from O's side call an LSU player a "Murderer".

You weren't there so please don't try to minimize what he did. I have a sense that one of the posters was close to, or related to the player. It was ugly, and MadKing was WAY the hell out of line, to say the least.

shite, he was threatening legal action and all kinds of bullshite.

For a poster known for meltdowns, he had his worst today. I would imagine he's banned.

If he's not, its just a matter of time. He's way out of control.
