Herman was his main recruiter at OSU. Supposedly, part of the reason Haskins won the job over Burrow was because Urbs was more involved in Haskins recruitiment than Burrows.

He is doing fine in an Orgeron offense. When you consider, he had been here only a few weeks prior to the season and he has continued to improve.
