Burrow is to O what Favre was to Hallman

Preface by saying O is nowhere near as terrible a coach as Hallman was and at least O can get credit for getting Burrow but Burrow’s leadership not O’s is the reason we had the incredible season in 2019.
When Favre’s leadership brought success to the USM football team it obscured the fact that Hallman was a poor coach and allowed him to take over the LSU position.
Without Burrow’s leadership last season we are just an average team at best.
Generational talents and leaders like Favre and Burrow can will a team to great heights which is what we enjoyed last season.
The only hope that O has for consistent success is to find and bring in a leader such as Burrow every season because O isn’t a true leader.
Enjoy 2019 because with O we aren’t likely to win any more championships.

Coach O is one leg of the 3 legged stool.
His strength is motivation and recruiting.
The other 2 legs are the OC and DC. He needs to have cutting edge minds in these spots to have a solid foundation. All of these pieces work together.

Burrow without Brady does not equal Burrow with Brady. We are back to shitty playcalling, especially in the red zone and on third down. Where Brady excelled.

Part of that is Brady understood it was more difficult to score on a shorter field so he took more shots at the endzone outside of the 10 yard line

Brennan put up plenty enough offense to win MISS st and Missouri. Defense is the issue. So how does Burrow relate to that one way or the other.
