Where did Ro go in the draft?

You should maybe look that up before making that argument
Alex Smith was #1 overall with 2952 passing yards. Cam Newton was #1 overall with 2854 passing yards. And both were dual threat QBs. Smith had 600+ yards rushing and Newton had 1400+

Can Newton had 1470 yards rushing. Joe isn’t cam newton running the ball.

You also realize Cam Newton only three the ball 280 times.

Like I said: Production plus raw tools.

Big arm, unbelievable runner. 50 TDs

Now, let me ask Goldrush, and this board where do you think Burrow will be in the draft if (as Rohan predicts) Joe breaks Ro's 12-game passing record?

That's tough to say. How many TDs and INTs does he have?

So what you’re saying is Joe end up completely overrated in the draft like a Alex Smith.

I dont See Alex Smith going 1st round in any draft since his.

Also we’rent you telling me Joe should get like 60 carries next year?

Over-rated? He's still in the league. And they've paid the man over $100 million dollars - someone (with the bucks) must be rating him highly.

Is he a franchise QB?

Because that who you’re hoping you draft in the 1st Round.

He’s a good not great QB.

He was traded for a corner and a 3rd rounder.

Dan Snyder rated him highly.

Doesn't exclude you either - particularly 3400 yards against mostly SEC defenses

Another classic Ree response can only see things in zero sum terms

To answer your question about what effect it would have on his draft stock the answer is there are too many other variables to say 1 way or another, though I know you can/will refuse to grasp that. In and of itself the yard total is meaningless. Austin Allen three for 3400 where was he drafted? I guess he must have had a veteran, injury free OL and experienced WR

Honestly if he came out and said he was Joe’s brother/parent/best friend I’d respect him more.

Here's a link to where they have burrow now for the 2020 draft.

His stock could easily rise with a strong senior year. They have him 5 spots below Franks; there's some ground he can make up.

Yeah. But he'll probably get twice that. I'd rather see the ball get spread around.

I am excited as hell for Burrow's season. I see no reason to believe this won't be the best offense since 2007. He wasn't that far behind Mett's senior season last year. But the daily Burrow GOAT threads are a bit much.

You're quickly on your way to becoming the worst poster, only trailing Lester right now.

Everyone likes Burrow, we don't need your bullshite lies and propaganda to try and convince us. There's a reason Haskins is about to be a first rounder as a Redshirt sophomore and Burrow will be playing his senior year hoping to be a 3rd rounder.

You act like you can evaluate QBs better than CUM.

I feel like you're a Ree alter.

120 carries to the QB isn’t that much. If you’re looking at 900-1000 offensive plays

Of course, it’s way to early but it’s highly unlikely he’d crack the 3

Unlikely to crack round 3? That's probably fair. But a fourth-round QB pick would be LSU's best in ages.

Yep. And the reason is short passes to the best & most experienced group of super-fast WRs Ohio State has ever had. And an OC that let him throw the ball 533 times.

And Burrow would NEVER have lost to Purdue. No way in hell. Ohio State would have made it to the playoffs with Burrow at QB.

Not that bad if they're needed. Would rather see the young RB's, TE's and WRs get all the optional ones.
