From Brad Steward UF Safety

Brad Stewart asked about the #Gators confidence level: "All we need is seven points and our offense to manage the game and get good field position. The defense, we should do the rest.”

If this game were in Baton Rouge, I don’t think UF would even score 7. They still may not score at home. Franks is pretty bad, and I envision him clamming up even more under pressure.

Kentucky scored 27 on them in. In Gainsville.

Preciate the extra motivation though, Brad.

He's an idiot if he thinks they will only need 7 points to beat us. That said, he's simply regurgitating the views shared by many others....that our offense isn't very good and our OL is a walking MASH unit.

Another UF player guaranteed they would extend their streak over Kentucky a few weeks ago. Yet another at SEC Media Days said they would beat UGA.

It would be one thing if this was a Spurrier coached team that was in contention every year. For all of the arrogance, this UF team has absolutely nothing to show for it and I can't wait to see LSU humble them yet again.

Franks is not a prototypical Dan Mullen type QB, so Mullen is limited in his offensive philosophy by what Franks can do well. But, Mullen does a good job at scheming to Frank's strengths.

LSU recruited Franks hard. In hindsight, I'm glad he didn't come here.
