LF looked like a 30 year old man the day he stepped foot on campus....check that...by the end of his sophomore year in HS. Ducre is another one. A lot of these kids are blessed with great genetics and getting started with personal trainers at an earlier age in HS.

Thanks for the groundbreaking info, I didn't work out under Gayle Hatch for 10 years or anything so I'm pretty clueless as to Moffitt's career and accomplishments. I was referring to him being underappreciated or unknown to most of our fan base since strength and conditioning coaches don't typically get a lot of air time, not his recognition by people that know what they're looking at. Again though, thanks for filling me in
