Dude you are making yourself look like a jackass and speaking on something you obviously know nothing about. The kid has some issues that can be fixed whether he’s at LSU or somewhere else.

say what you want about CLM but he always had his player’s back and protected them

orgeron owed no explanation for Gilbert leaving and should not have offered one

I wish the kid we and success wherever he goes. I want all kids to succeed in life. It still doesn’t change the fact of what happened though. He quit. What’s so terrible these days with calling things like they are? Jesus Christ.

interesting you brought this up, CLM didnt handle this very well LOL

quote:

"I can only tell you that the management at the back end of the game was the issue," LSU coach Les Miles said, later adding: "It's my fault that we didn't finish first in that game."

quote:

We talked about runs," Miles said. "I felt like the quarterback could manage the situation. That was my mistake."

quote:

"The clock ran down, timeouts were being called verbally and I didn't relate that to the official apparently and that was the mistake," Miles said.

quote:

I know there was a lot of confusion on the sideline," said Jefferson, who rallied the Tigers with 120 yards passing and a touchdown in the fourth quarter. "Nobody knew what to do."

The timing of it and the dumb reason LSU gave makes it look like he quit. There’s more to the story than you know. If you want to say Marshall quit then I would agree with you. Totally different situation with Gilbert. LSU PR blew this one

Doesn't LSU have the right to limit where a transfer can sign within the conference even with the "transfer portal"?

Didn’t CLM say Gunner Keil lacked the chest to play at LSU upon hearing of his transfer?

Not anymore it seems. Justin Fields did away with all that crying racism to get immediate eligibility so the NCAA ran and hid and now doesn’t bother to put up a fight they just grant everyone immediate eligibility. Woke culture.

If we’re being technical, Gunner was never Les’s player. The chest thing came after he flipped and signed with Notre Dame.

Not excusing Les, I think he could’ve taken the high road, but I think he also got a little too riled up at Bayou Bash. Also we flipped Gunner from Indiana first.

What good is a great recruiting class if the crown jewels in those classes leave the program?

I have heard same thing from a usually very reliable person. Hope the young man comes back and has a great few more years at LSU.
