They didn't. They passed up quite a few. You can’t expect a cop not to do his job and investigate when he sees someone attempting to hide from him. Are you retarded?

Speaking of irrelevant. A crime isn’t required.

You need to move on back to Reddit and quit wasting people’s time here with your backwards logic. You are so disappointed these black kids weren’t violated by a white cop it’s pathetic.

What you said was irrelevant unless you want to suggest the cops were profiling.
Yeah, they were profiling. They stopped to question each suspicious person hiding behind a vehicle they came across.

Expect?

No

Want him to?

Yes.

Again, no evidence of a crime. Just someone “hiding” from a cop lead to a gun being pulled on an unarmed citizens

Again, other black teenagers commiting crimes is irrelevant if the cops weren’t profiling. So idk why so many people bring it up.

So let me see if I understand this situation.

The Police Dept investigated this video and determined that the Police were wrong. These are the same people responsible for police officers training and some of you are still going after Koy Moore. This is crazy. Apparently the kids weren’t doing anything wrong. According to the officers, they were dispatched because someone was playing loud music. These guys weren’t playing any music, so they shouldn’t have been stopped at all.

I understand being a Police Officer is a tough job. But I think he could have handled the situation better. I think they didn’t follow his commands because they were scared. Everyone isn’t use to staring down the barrel of a gun. Keep in mind that they are kids.

Because he didn’t put his hands on the car when asked and wanted to argue. That’s what lead to the gun drawn. Hide then don’t comply and the cop has to take action to get compliance. He’s not going to argue. Arguments lead to escalation. This is taught in training. It’s good training. Again, look up Vickie Wax.

Being scared in a life threatening situation is only an excuse for trained police officers.

Kids should be cool under pressure.

It would be a nothingburger if Moore wouldn’t have gone public and lied.

They can be scared. Then they can be frisked and let on their way. It’s not profiling or bad police work just because it doesn’t feel good.

Because he didn’t put his hands on the car when asked and wanted to argue

Because he didn’t DO ANYTHING

That’s what lead to the gun drawn.

Apparently cops can be nervous and scared in these situations but not unarmed kids.

Pulling guns is an escalation that situation was escalated by the police.

She was shot while attempting to handcuff a shoplifting suspect... that doesn’t seem like the same situation.

What a watered down story. No long expose here now that he was proven wrong.

So hiding and then arguing is what? I would argue that those acts are both escalations.

Hiding is nothing. There is literally no situation at that point.

He didn’t have a gun. He is dead.
