Not sure if a lawyer has debunked this or not, but from what I recall from Business Law class in Louisiana the "victim" is as you find them, basically making the timing a moot point.

Wow... don't get me wrong, I support our military, but this is ridiculous. People on the facebook page claiming to be marines cursing out the admin and making actual threats. One guy said that we need to get rid of JJ "unless y'all wanna burn with him."
That gem was posted by someone whose profile picture was him with his child on his shoulders... what a great example to set for his kid.
I don't understand this mentality. Our armed forces have always served to protect us and the rights we have. The right to due process is one of those rights...

it made me cringe everytime the media said "marine" and i'm ex-military. There's noway anyone that didn't know him could've known....not that its that big of a deal anyways.

Fwiw I'm still hearing JJ out for at least UO and NWST, but still not final.

know... Does anyone know if Miles has told the
players whether or not they will be playing
against Oregon??? Alot of speculation as to
whether or not the player's will be suspended..
