I really dont understand this way of thinking. Its a very high profile case. The police are taking their time and doing a thorough investigation. They dont work on LSU's schedule. I think they actually have 3 years to complete the investigation before the statue of limitations is up.

I'd wager you could make a case if you used the nice in self defense and made one frantic stab that killed the aggressor. It's not as black and white as you'd like to make it.
