He gives up 1 run.

LSU needed 6 outs up by 4 and we don't bring him in to pitch until the 9th.

I am beyond frustrated with this.

This cannot be stressed enough. It is the story of the night for LSU.

McCune stayed in too long.

There is no explanation for it and it's why Mainieri looked like he was passing kidney stones as it unfolded.

He knew he was leaving himself wide open for criticism.

Don't know why he went with McCune. He had Broussard ready to go. Then when it was obvious McCune had nothing, he stayed with him waaaay to long. Story of the game!

Mainieri acting like that in the dugout affected the team.

That was painful to watch.

Why do you take out Bouman? 62 pitches in six scoreless: who the hell does this? A full and rested bullpen is now shot! Inexcusable!!!

Last time I checked, it's always 1 pitch too long, what is your point?

I have to think Broussard has a nagging injury of some sort. This is not the first time in the latter part of this season he has questionably waited to put him in, if even at all.

Good description. He absolutely did.

Like he had loose bowels and was worried he might shat himself.
