If Kramer's mom doesn't want the job, let bygones be bygones and bring back Pokey Chatman and the golden age of LSU women's basketball. Title IX investigation be damned.

I don’t believe Pokey committed an egregious act, the surge of media and accusations by Carla Berry, wounded her deeply.
Then the lawsuit that followed may have been the proverbial “straw”, precluding her ever returning...
Only those involved know the TRUTH.
I do not think Pokey would subject herself to such scrutiny and media hounding.
Furthermore, without Starkey she cannot “bake that cake” again....

Agreed. I often wondered just how much people realized, especially the casual fans, he did for the program and that he was the x's and o's guy for the most part behind that staff.
Just saw the other day that he is still coaching and was just named an assistant at Auburn.

1. Nikki has not resigned. She let LSU know she was seeking a WNBA job and would resign IF she gets it.
