Only difference between Kelly and Jimbo is when Kelly had his Jameis, he lost 3 games with him.

BK's quarterbacks and offenses inspire far more confidence than anything Jimbo ever put out there at A&M. Last night was disappointing, but not Jimbo disappointing.

BK is at a superior program with 3 national championships in the last 21 years

These opening losses fricking suck, but this is just objectively false. Jimbo would still be at A&M if he was going 9-3 with a bowl win. He got worse and got fired.

The one last night that struggled to put up 20 points against a rebuilding USC defense?

Nuss missed 2 throws all night in his first meaningful game as a starter. Unfortunately one of those throws was a wide open pass to the flats that probably gets us the win if he doesn't put it in the dirt. Otherwise, he played really well.

Time will tell if USC has a good defense, but they looked the part last night. Physical, disciplined, and well coached. I think D'Anton Lynn is the truth. If he can rebuild UCLA's defense in after 1 off season, no reason to think he can't do the same at USC where there's far better talent and resources.

In fairness to Brian I think he is a better coach.

This is an incorrect and stupid comparison. I’m not happy with 3 season starting losses but Jimbo completely lost control of the program and had a much worse record.

Brian Kelly's worst season at LSU so far had more wins (10) than Jimbo ever had in his 6 years at A&M.

The record could literally not be more clear up to this point lol
