I agree that this game the offense overall looked more promising and were just a few bumbles away from blowing out a pretty bad USCe team. However, my personal hate for BK is more of a personality thing but if he beats Bama and brings home a NC I could give two craps about that and will love the guy.

Fielding an offense such as he had done this season will not win him many friends.

this new era of college football it takes so much longer for a team to gel with the portal and NIL
while I agree with your position, I don’t think this is true. There is no position group that requires more player to player communication than the Devs and we plugged basically an entire new unit in and they have clicked. Now. It may be that we’ve played a ton of man. Hopefully we start seeing some zones as we start looking at Aggie and OU. But these guys have played well as a new group

The offense's first two drives against SC netted no first downs. That is the kind of crap that loses games especially when one drive starts deep in the opponents territory. That is just unforgivable stuff.

I feel like you are struggling to find a good offense and a coach that can put together as championship team.

I'm struggling to do what? It's time to let this go bud.

BK has the most wins in CFB among active head coaches yet fans want a change.

W/ that success pedigree, it's a reasonable expectation then he would turn LSU back into an elite program by now given the overarching program resources. He hasn't; unmatched expectations four years into his tenure.

He got LSU into the SEC Championship in Year 1 and has them on path to make the playoff as of today. WTF are you talking about?

LSU's last 3 head coaches have won a national championship in their first 4 years. How long should Kelly be given before the fans are allowed to hate him?

The last 4 coaches walked into vastly different circumstances. I'm not some big BK fan but you are comparing apples to oranges. With the addition of NIL and the portal this is BK's first year where we actually spent the money to be competitive. If he doesn't make the playoffs he will be on the hot seat firmly for 2026. If he doesn't make the playoffs in 2026 he will be fired.

Most of the hate is coming from people who want a coach who walks, talks and thinks like them ( read...thinks like an idiot ).

I feel like you are one of the people that is really impressed by how well spoken BK is in press conferences

I think the SEC championship in year 1 was a fluke gift and this year's team will not make it into the CFP due to its offensive ineptitude. You seem quite content w/ his performance thus far, so be it. I'm not; I expected a more wholistically better body of work from his teams.

I am impressed by how he has brought us back from the "early 90s" in early 2020s to a top 10 rankings in 4 years.

Please understand that this is without our recruiting advantage that we had till NIL came into effect.

Also understand that today nobody has depth because of the transfer portal and NIL, everyone has talent and anyone can beat anyone else. We as a top 10 team are a 3 point dog to Vanderbilt on the road ( a team we last lost to in 1990 when ole Curly was the coach ). The same Vandy that beat Alabama last year.

So winning under parity is much harder than when you outrun 9 of your opponents in talent alone.

I live in Dallas, and I bring my family down to catch at least one Saints game and one LSU game annually. I've noticed that the Saints have a smooth process for substituting players in and out of the game. In contrast, during the LSU game, it was total chaos; defensive linemen were running on and off the field while coaches were screaming for them to come back. The running backs were swapping in and out every play, and the wide receivers seemed to be the most disorganized.

Brian Kelly, the head coach, appeared overwhelmed and out of sorts. I'm not sure if he's mentally checked out, but it’s beginning to seem like he might not be the right person for this job. LSU really needs a coach in the mold of Nick Saban—someone from his coaching tree. Those are just my observations!

Kelly is a top 10 coach. Who is your replacement?

Not to mention that ND lost to Bowling Green. And has been an embarrassment this year.

Notre Dame has never lost to Bowling Green. They've only ever played once in football, in 2019, and the Irish won 52-0.

I'm not sure what's embarrassing this year about losing two close games to quality opponents early in the season and then being 5-2 and ranked #12 with five winable games to go.
