Brody Miller twitter:

Myles Brennnan says it was "probably the strangest injury I've ever had." They sent the MRIs to NFL teams, baseball teams, golf coaches, tennis, and they said they had never seen anything like it.
They said they could do surgery, but it would be the first ever of that surgery.

Ultimately, they decided to rehab without surgery. It was very incremental recovery the last few months, and now he's feeling 100 percent and ready to go. #LSU

I can't believe he passed up the chance to be the next Tommy John

Definitely the right decision, given the risks of a first-time operation.

Does not give me confidence in his future durability

I think I would have done the surgery just to have it named after me.

“Breaking news. This just in: Nick Saban will undergo Myles Brennan surgery after being tackled by Ed Orgeron following LSU’s overtime win.”

I think O said 'stomach'. I remember something odd like 'ruptured stomach'...

Totally this.
Unfortunately Brennan does not land gracefully when he is tackled. He seems to hit the ground hard and many times in an awkward position. Contrast the way Max lands on the ground to Brennan. I mean Max is not coming off the turf like CEH or any running back for that matter, but he is landing on the turf somewhat like Burrow who was pretty durable.

Only thing that confuses me is
Muscles and ligaments don't just reattach themselves..?? Could just be semantics but if he had torn muscles and ligaments they aren't reattached now unless he had surgery lol.

Right knee got stuck in the turf and it stretched the abdominal muscle and he could feel something wrong. MRI showed torn muscle, ligaments. Reattached now.

Because there is always a 100% guarantee on football players durability.
