Only those wanting Myles to start no matter what are saying stuff like this. I said in another thread (edit: was it this very same thread?) that if Myles starts, I think 99% of this board will think it's well deserved and be behind him. If Max starts, the "support whoever starts" crowd will show their true selves and get butthurt about it.

Max has the ability to make plays with his legs which makes him harder to defend. Brennan is a sitting duck and the coaches cant run the full playbook with him. Max is the better option.

Why would fans be butthurt if Max gets the starting role? Was there any butthurt in the swamp last year when we beat UF? I trust our new OC to make that call as we all should. All this but, but MB waited his turn nonsense is just ridiculous.

Does anyone really think all four of these guys will still be on the roster when the season starts. Especially in today's climate and the lienency in transfer rules by NCAA???

This poster seems already butthurt at even the thought of Max being possibly better than their anointed Myles. I haven't seen this kind of talk in support of Max--only Myles.

Finley, you can see all the physical tools, and when it comes together, he looks like the best pure QB, but the mistakes are still too high for the guy who actually got the most starts last year.
He can put it together before next season, start most of the year, then get drafted in the first round.

Agree. TJ Finley is actually farther behind Brennan and Max than I thought. I am sure he sees the handwriting on the wall. The coaches need to spend time with the top 2 and Finley would be better off as well.

I think Brennen starts and continues to improve like
he was doing last yr until the injury.Max is going to be
a very good to great college QB when he gets his turn.TJ
just looks like he did last yr making to many mistakes and
he was playing against a very base D which didnt try to
fool him.I think he will transfer and his mom will claim
racism.

Max Jets is a fine young QB. Myles lorenzen Jr. Brennan is a fine experienced QB. You take the guy with the arm that forces defenses to guard the entire field over the guy who can move a little every time. Brennan should and will start.

Look at it this way, if you don't make brennan the starter then he most likely transfers. Max will be the starter then and Finley #2 ...if he don't transfer as well. So IMO you make Brennan the starter and let his play make him not the starter(if that even happens) and keep at least 3 QBs on roster
