Emery on offense
Ika and Stingley on defense.

Deculus. He will be a good RT in his Junior season.
I think the new offensive elements will help, but also think Deculus just needed a little more time to develop and adjust to the speed of the game in the SEC. Most good offensive linemen "figure it out" in year 3 unless they are just freakishly gifted and get there earlier. LT/RT is probably the most difficult position for a young player to come in and play serviceable let alone at a high level besides QB, and even QB's flaws can be hidden with the right system in place if schemed properly.
I think the offensive line as a unit will be the "breakout" performers. LSU's perceived weakness will likely be a strength this season in my opinion.

Not sure how marshall can be slept on as the #1 WR out of HS, but I've been saying Dee Anderson for a while now. The dude is massive and his catch radius is absurd. If he gets a little quicker he could have a fairly long career in the League

Dee Anderson! Nobody is talking about him and the spring he had. I believe he has the best hands on the team and he’ll show it this year in this offense.

And I don’t think chaisson is considered a breakout candidate considering he’s already known as one of the best defensive players in the country

Love this thread.... Looks like we have breakout stars everywhere. I’m going with Pettigrew

I wouldn't necessarily classify as sleeper but the ultimate team player

I gotta go with Mr. Stephen Sullivan.
He's got hops, speed, good blocker...just a complete game, and now a year under his belt working with Burrow. Reminds of LaFell but probably a better route runner. He'll be playing on Sundays, book it.

Breakout player one that emerges. Things we hear from the program:
Veterans:
Divinity is a beast at inside linebacker
Chaisson is back and a terror
Cherry has physically changed and is a sleeper here
Freshmen
Ika is a stud and shined in the spring game. Great first step and extremely agile for a big man
Emery is the number 1 running back recruit
Marcel Brooks is a special player

Stevens will be the most exciting player on defense

Has he had a breakout season already that I'm not aware of?
