Going into this upcoming season who is your pick for the sleeper player this year. I mean who do you feel will have an impactful year that we're sort of sleeping on right now.

Terrace Marshall

May sound like I’m repeating Hold That Tiger, but I think it’s gonna be Marshall too. Don’t know if you would consider Emery because of his high expectations, but I think he’s going to be a star very quickly as well.

I was thinking of Marshall as well.
It's not Terrance though - it's Terrace

Derrick Dillon. Chris Curry.

Like curry and marshall. But I’ll say Stingley since he hasn’t played a game yet.

First off, half of our fan base thinks his name is Terrance and its getting old
And I don’t think chaisson is considered a breakout candidate considering he’s already known as one of the best defensive players in the country

Pettigrew. Just to be different.

Jacoby Stevens. Been spending years learning this defense and has the physical tools to really do anything he wants on defense. I think he’ll be very versatile.

Terrance Marshall
Have a downvote.

I think Tyler Shelvin steps up and becomes the nose guard LSU has been missing. The question will be if he has the stamina to go late in the 4th.

There's several players that played significant roles last year that most would expect to have better seasons. I'd include all freshmen that played last year as players that are expected to have better seasons. As far as this seasons freshmen that are not considered big-time players, I'd say Kendall McCallum will have a better season than most think. But as far as veteran players that will just amaze people with a great season? I think Dare has a season that will surprise people. Other than him, I don't think there are many people that aren't expected to have good seasons. Apu, now, he will have a much better season than people realize. But we saw what he can do in the spring. If LSU lets Myles play a lot he may have a surprising season. IDK, depends really on what you consider a 'breakout' season.

or maybe people just genuinely think he will have a breakout year, you know the former 5 star guy who dealt with injuries still last year? If anything that article just emphasizes the point of him possibly having a breakout year. How about you have a downvote, and stop being an arse.

Agreed. Having an athletic/true pass catching threat at TE would really take our offense to the next level.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire.
Experienced rusher who can help bring Emery along. I also expect him to be much more involved in the passing game this year. Dude is an absolute bowling ball and tough to bring down once he gets going.
Emery may end up with the bigger rushing numbers but I can see Clyde being a pretty important guy in the offense too.

2nd quarter
12:34
“LSU brings in a fullback who looks like the star of a Twisted Sister cover band and converts a 4th-and-1. It now appears Coach O using up all of his timeouts in the first 10 minutes was some kind of intimidation move that obviously has Miami in shock.
