Uh before the Bama game Lee had 14 tds and one int.
He wasn't putting up a tone of yards but that's still impressive.
And you have no fricking clue if the Bama game messed him up or if he could have bounced back cuz he never played again.
Mett could end up being one of the best qbs from this draft. He looks pretty fing legit so far.

I'm just saying Jmarc was better, and people that claim flynn only point to him winning a bcs title. Which is great and all, but JJ and Lee were a part of an undefeated secc regular season. So using championships as a barometer they must be the best 2 qbs we've had under miles.

Odd thing to say, since in hindsight Flynn proved to be more talented by not stinking it up the NFL, and how much more productive do you want a QB to be than bringing home a natty in your only year of starting?

I love Matt Flynn. He was a huge part of a championship team that I will never forget as long as I live. I was an undergrad at LSU at the time. He was a very good and, at times, great player for us. He seems like a really cool and nice dude as well... But JR was a better college QB in every measurable way. Please spare the NFL resume' argument (how can you be this stupid?) and also try and actually think for yourself before you blindly deem a BCS Championship to be an individual accomplishment of Flynn's and something that unequivocally makes him a better college QB than Russell. You probably think LeBron sucks because he didn't win an NBA title this year.

Lee was a game manager for 8 straight games. The only game he actually won with his play, was against MSU. Only 5 of his 8 games went over 150 passing, and only one of his games went over 200 yards passing.
JJ actually did good against Arkansas, and had the best output from the QB position all year in that game.
JJ was actually average against Bama. Had 60% on 10 throws, and ran for 43 yards. He didn't play horrible, and did (along with Ford), find a way to manage the game.

That's not logic. At all. We're talking about collegiate performance, not the NFL. No one with a lick of sense would try to debate that Flynn was a better college QB than JR. That's why JR went first overall and Flynn got chanced upon in the 7th round.
