I mean it sucks but he is kind of right. The debacle of Miles not being fired last year shows lack of leadership and I think O could win the title and still not have a shot.

Agreed. People do understand it's the Administration and money guys who've run the ship aground, however it's a lot of negative publicity for the university. Some of that will likely adversely effect recruiting; both of players and coaches.

How so? They have given Les more money than almost every program in the country to hire the very best assistant coaches out there. Les Miles failures are nobody's fault but his own. He chose to hire Cam Cameron and the two of them were paid a combined 5+ million a year to "run the ship aground".
