Your correct but backwards. After warm ups if he's ready he goes. You monitor his pain, reps and efficiency. Sitting and getting cold is not the way for him to come in.

It seemed like he came back out of the locker room at first and was wanting to go back in. Think we told him no its not worth it against LaTech and told him he was done. He starts Saturday!
