He's worth more than Aranda. His impact on the team is far greater than Aranda's. Plus, he recruits well. I would make him the highest paid assistant on the staff and the highest paid assistant in college football.

He's not going to work for someone he helped mentor. He'll be some sort of special assistant to the HC or he'll retire.

He’s not going to get a pay cut and Steve is not one to give a shite about what his title is. He just wants to be a part of LSU football and he will be for as long as he wants to be.
