“ LSU should not be expected to challenge for titles”

Isn’t that one of the main reasons we made a coaching change three years ago? Surely we didn’t make that change to only be at the same place in the west standings we were three years ago.

I got a think another 10 win season with the advantages we have going for us this year with our schedule and QB is going to be difficult to explain.

Why not quote the entire post?

That's a pretty big omission.

I think most, including me, are looking forward to a very successful seasons, as evidenced by the lofty expectations that are rightfully being placed on the team.

They think that anyone here would have a problem with us getting to the SEC championship and the playoffs.

They're a really weird bunch.

I go back and forth with a bunch of people that don't like Mainieri and want him fired yesterday, but I've never thought that anyone wouldn't be happy if he was winning championships or that they want him to lose.

It's a master class in twisted psychological projection. They see themselves in O so anything that vaguely resembles criticism or something falling short of pure, unbridled love and enthusiasm for O is met with a visceral reaction, accusations that you hate LSU, hate O, want O to fail, etc. It's borderline uncomfortable to see every day.

I don't know why we can't just co-exist here, knowing that we all don't see eye-to-eye on everything, but knowing that we all want the coach and LSU to compete for and win championships.

Some are just dead set on you seeing things their way, and it's usually the ones that are zealots for the HC, like ben. People can criticize me all they want, say I'm overly critical and what not. That's fine, but I never insist that others think the way I do or they're deranged or whatever criticism they like to lob.

Their behavior is infantile when you really think about it. They don't get their way so they lash out, but it's really worse than an infant because they should know better. It's a refusal (or inability) to adapt.

I've noticed that Roger does that quite often. If he used the entire post, it would show how butthurt and how stupid Roger has gotten during some of these debates.

It sure as shite is.

Roger trying to spin the narrative.

This is ridiculous. I gave CLM hell when I realized he wasn't going to do what it takes to improve our program. When and if that happens with O I will be considered a nega again.

You caught him in a classic projection trap, proving the very basis of your original post

Alleva had to go. He's gone. I can wait a little now to see what happens.

I think you might be projecting.

That's rich coming from you. Any time someone posts something you disagree with about O, you start up with your anger and the personal insults ensue. Talk about nonsensical blather.

Some would even say it was an 11 win season.... you know, if they actually watched the games.

Only if they had an agenda...

The games where LSU won 10 of them when the final seconds were gone?

LSU was 9-3 in the regular season and 10-3 after the bowl win.

10 wins total.

Or are we still complaining about "winning" the A&M game? People that do this sound like twats.
