You want to believe and that's swell. I have yet to see anything on the football field which leads to buy into the idea O is anything more than a nine to ten win coach. Florida 2016 and 2018, Troy and ND 2017, and Texas A&M 2018 were all games we could have or should have won. Alabama has run off and hidden from us like never before. This idea things have changed and we are headed for a SEC title is all conjecture with little or no evidence to support it.

Accepting seven defeats in two years and 3-6 against ranked teams shows a lowering of the goal post more than anything else.

yet on the contrary finishing ranked 6th in the country represents raising the goal post more than anything else. Unfortunetly for ya'll the people who make polls watched the Texas AM game

What am I wrong about? 05 and 06 were nearly identical, 07 had a historic offense 1 or 2 alltime at LSU and 2011 had the most skill players in the NFL of any LSU offense ever (7WRs, 5RBs ) and multiple all American candidates on the oline so no I’m not wrong at all.

Yeah, that would have been real sweet if not for finishing 5-3, third in the west, and fifth in the SEC.

I hope your confidence comes true. We will see.

what Ensminger did with Cameron offense as compared to what Cam did with Cams
At least you admit it was Cameron's offense.
Now admit he rang up those #s on hapless defensws and an injured UF.
Vs Bama it was 6 firsts and 125yds total

Thats because you're a negative dolt who refuses to acknowledge any movement in a positive direction.

You called me negative. You are the epitome of negative.

You and your kind have been on a crusade from the beginning. You were fine all along with the status quo with Miles....and dont give me any bullshite about "oh it was time for Miles to go."
You never believed that and still don't.

We're headed in an upward trajectory whether you choose to acknowledge that or not. Changes are being made. But feel free to continue whining like a baby back bitch.....the role certainly fits you to a tee.

You would think offenses would get better, 2015s got worse. That's what happens when you're predictable.

Actually the 2015 offense was a pretty big improvement over the 2014 offense and more productive than last seasons.

2014- 387.5ypg
2015- 437.3ypg
2018- 402.1ypg :and that includes a 7 OT game where the offense scored more in the OT than it’s season average in regulation up to that point.

Miles inherited a loaded team. He inherited a dynasty in the making. And it went downhill after 2011. Actually the downfall started after 2007.
You need to bone up on recruiting and LSU fb in general.
21, 3, 3, 13
2, 6, 2, 7

2011 has the largest MoV season at LSU since 1908 Wingard team.

As for Miles W/L% post 2011, I haven't seen anything surpassing it just yet from Ed and Steve, but great if they do. Geaux Tigers.

But you are listing ypg...it didn’t have a huge impact on ypg

Rice was the game that gave us the bigger bump but the overtime ATM game gave us a large bump as well. We went from 379.6ypg to 389.3ypg after that game. A 10 yard per game jump after 12 games in total offense is a pretty big jump. 389.3ypg is pretty weak and nowhere near the 2015 offense which was the topic to begin with.

true but early on and against Bama our offense sucked. I do expect much better with JB with an actual whole off season of work with our wrs and hoping our oline makes drastic improvements...we should be one of the best offenses we’ve ever had this year

I was waiting for you to post this for Roger, since him and his clan of clowns refuse to accept the expectations for the program even though Orgeron clearly DID.

Well I’m definitely optimistic and I think the talent is there and I can’t even explain how impressed I am with Burrow but “one of the best offenses we’ve ever had” is too big of a leap for me to make. I don’t hold it against you, it’s your opinion, just be ready for some posters to use it against you if it doesn’t happen.

Sorry man, but an offense is judged off season production and not a few games. I have heard of cherry picking to make a point, but you take it to whole new level

They don’t even hold him to his own promises. That’s when you know you have a cult following type situation.

It really is amazing, I love the “that’s what really counts” addition to the cherry picked numbers, it adds another layer of bias and delusion.
