1 high end portal QB and LSU is probably in ok shape. I would actually rather them spend the NIL money on a proven transfer, rather than a high school QB.

BK is 60+ years old and this is his 34th season as a HC. Unfortunately, it's also the dawning of a new era of CFB.

Things to maintain:
- Strong recruiting staff. IMO, BK is a pedestrian recruiter. He needs to keep people on staff who excel at recruiting.
There have been recruits who defect for as long as I can remember. Comes with the territory. The BU is more embarrassing than substantive.

Things to improve:
- Running the football.
- STs
- WR talent

Things to change
- Talent on D. And TBH, we need an entire overhaul in the D-backfield. Make DBU great again.
- CJJ has noted how CBB has changed. He views himself as a program builder. And now, he's come to terms with that that has gone and he has to rebuild his roster every season. It's a new era and BK is gonna have to embrace it. This means coming up with simple schemes that can be mastered in a spring and fall camp. IDK how to navigate this but maybe downsize to a smaller roster where everybody gets reps and and everyone is fast-tracked toward the NFL. IOW, the NFL becomes our NIL.
- Recruit his on roster. The best case scenario for '25 is to get as many players back as he can - Nuss, Jones, Taylor, the WRs (AA, Thomas, Daniels).

So you got 2 high end experienced OT's and a very experienced LG to replace the 3 best OL LSU loses this season???

He can start by winning the next two games without struggling to do so.

If we go at least 8-4 every season he will be here til 2028

Obviously as a fan I always want LSU to go undefeated, have a heisman winner, win the SEC and the Playoffs.
But I also understand how hard each of those achievements are to accomplish. So I know losses can and more commonly WILL happen.

For me it’s not the losses that bother me so much as HOW LSU lost those games. Absolutely inexcusable the way this team has crumbled this season.
