It could'f been bigger-- I ended up right in the middle of a Baylor contingent, in the Section 636 nosebleeds.

Correct, just wonder if the whole Frank Wilson is going behind LSUs back with recruits and all that crap is true, why let him coach if he even is going to be the bowl coach…

I cannot see many LSU fans traveling to one of these horrible bowl games.

Texas Bowl vs Houston would be ideal. Would draw a good crowd and be a solid game.

meaningless bowl game probably with opt outs on both sides. I truly couldn't care less and wouldn't pay a dime to attend. And I sure as hell wouldn't travel.

Which is sad, because I used to love bowl season.

Didn't the requirement for bowl eligible used to be 7-5 or am I crazy?

Hopefully we'll have enough players to field a team.

6 wins.

In the rare instances there aren’t enough 6 win teams to fill the interminable number of bowls, certain 5-7 teams are considered.

It’s a shame what it’s come to. At one time, a bowl game was a reward for a good season. Now, with the number of bowls vs the number of FBS teams, it’s literally mathematically more difficult to miss a bowl game than it is to make one.

Music City against Nebraska. Payback time.

Nebraska has been contacted by the Vegas Bowl, who chooses before Music City this year - apparently they're going to pick Nebraska over Illinois due to their rabid fan base

Right. Back when schedules were 11 games you needed to be 6 - 5.

Heard from someone on the team it is either in Houston or Nashville this year, gotta wait for playoff rankings.

Makes being a ULM fan hurt even more lmao

I know it's a lot of great memories and fun for the players though. For most of the seniors, it's the last time they'll play competitively.

Vegas bowl still has a tie in with the SEC. Is it possible LSU & Nebraska could play in the Vegas? LSU fans traveled very well their one game in Vegas, making up nearly 70% of the fans at.the.game.

Vegas Bowl is every other year with SEC tie in. This year they are not tied in.
