Well just so you know, Ochinko doesn't get paid at all. He's a volunteer coach. The NCAA only allows 2 full time assistants and that's Dunn and Cain. If you want to hire a hitting coach, you'll have to get rid of one of the other. Otherwise good luck finding a worthy hitting coach who will do it for free.

I disagree. We have the talent but we don’t develop it or Coach it properly. We have a hard time keeping pitchers healthy whether it’s just bad luck or they aren’t developed/managed correctly. We aren’t fundamentally sound. We run the bases like shite. We have no offensive strategy whatsoever. Our pitch selection at the plate is awful.

CPM = Mack Brown. Gets great recruits. Wins at pretty high level. Mostly underachieves though.
