We can't score any points. Georgia can't close out a game. Ultimately we end up with the same result.

Mullen hasn’t shown he’s a championship head coach.

He’s never had the opportunity he has now. How many Championship coaches has State had?

By this logic, Ron Zook was big trouble for the conference in 2002.

Jameis Winston isn’t walking in Jimbo’s door again,

this dumbass post proves my points

yeah all jimbos successes have ONLY been with JAmesis. jamesis had 40 years of eligibility at aunurn and LSu and FSU.

Mullen had MSU ranked 1st at one point so he can coach. At UF, he will have a great program, great school with access to all that Fla talent. Same at TAMU.

What a coach does as a coordinator is not indicative of what he will do as a head coach.

Other than a few years, Jimbos time at FSU was very lackluster.

He does not strike any fear in anyone at A8M

This narrative is nothing more than an attempt to set up more excuses for the current coaching staff at LSU

This jackass thinks Jimbo was head coach at Auburn and LSU.

Jimbo had big success with one QB at one school, then torpedoed their program.

#2 and #5 ranked classes in the past 3 years wasn't enough for the O defenders. No way any coach could score a point against Bama with only that.

if that’s lackluster, then outside of 4 seasons, LSU has been lackluster for well over 100 years now.

Y'all pop out the excuses like you always do to somehow try and theorize LSU's shortcomings against Alabama every time they play. Truth is LSU is just as talented as Georgia and it's a bunch of BS that you guys throw out there every time they lose to these people, and it's getting old, really old. Alabama and Saban, especially Saban has taken LSU's heart and this last game was really bad because they just did what they wanted to. LSU has the talent to play these people the same way Georgia does, but doesn't do it because you have people running the show that doesn't know what the hell they're doing.

Ensminger continues to play these people not much differently than from what coach Miles did against them, and you cannot play these people like that. Why is Georgia so successful against them when LSU can't do any damn thing against them except get manhandled by them. LOL Georgia's scheme is entirely different from LSU's is why. They don't line up and continue to try to play smash mouth football against then going strength against strength running the ball when that has proven to be ultimate failure. Georgia spreads them out and throws the ball, throws the ball to their RB out the backfield and all, they even ran successfully against them because they were off balance defensively from the passing. But I mean it just ain't Georgia other teams with schemes spreading Alabama out and passing on them have been just as successful, but only LSU continues to struggle. That's because Saban knows LSU's strength is running, everything is based off running and he takes that right away from them from the start and forces them to be uncomfortable in what they do offensively.

Actually, they have. That D line is legit.

LSU is getting closer, too, but they need more line depth.

Yeah, those back to back goose eggs SE has laid instill SO much confidence. O ran off an OC that might have actually had some success against them long term.

This is absolutely correct. What's amazing is that despite having seven fricking years to adapt to Saban, our imbecilic AD and coaching staffs have done nothing to effectively address the situation. Just the same ill-fated stupidity year after year.
