his best plays at LSU have came running out of the wildcat. explosive plays. Yet he gets no action in that formation.

If we took a play out of the playbook every time it didn't work...

Except He didn't drop a pass tonight. OBJ dropped three tonight. Shepard caught a touchdown. It came out after he hit the ground as the TV commentators pointed out. It was a bad call. That is two touchdowns called back where he did his job.

He certainly did. dropped the TD without any defender touching it. Sort of a tough catch, but he still dropped it. Missed oportunity for him. feel sorry for him really.

OBJ was shook. Hope he gets it together before we start SEC play. Looks like the top receivers should be James Wright, Jarvis Landry, Kadron Boone and OBJ. I know OBJ is a burner but he was suckin it up tonite.

OBJ will be fine. The top three are him, Landry, and Wright. I would prefer Boone in on 4 receiver sets over Shep most of the time but thats just me

Shep needs more touches? Lsu is 4 deep at RB and he is at best 3rd receiver. Don't think he can crack return roation at this point.

In an offense where we have a QB who actually throws the ball downfield, he is even less valuable since he's a better lateral player

When I started this thread after UNT, many people disagreed.

I don't have any faith they the russell Shepard project will work.
