Incredible press for us

I give a lot of credit to Charles Barkley. Before he unapologetically pulled for Auburn in the NCAA tournament, all the talking heads went out of their way to not show emotion when talking about their school, especially Booger. ESPN saw that it was possible to outwardly pull for the team everyone knows you played for and still be a good commentator.

Didn’t they have a former Clemson player come on (near that segment) and our three guys gave him the business? Can’t find the clip

Which is ironic they took so long to be ok with that when they have been blatantly biased as a network for years themselves.

Yep. Espn and their bias has gotten pretty bad
It took the greatest season ever for them to show us respect and even at that some of them couldn’t wait to find fault, looking at you herbie.

This is silly. SVP has regularly expressed his LSU fandom and he is on tv a lot more then Herbstreit. The network doesnt care, as long as you watch.

Hopkins went up there and our 3 guys threw some playful jabs. Nothing serious all in food fun.

I'm not sure if these guys actually participated in the program or not, but the LSU Mass Communications Department deserves a lot of credit for what they are doing with student-athletes.
