I don't know the cost. I know I contributed to it.
I know "we" did it for Jazz Fest twice last a year and a half ago in reference to the monument removal.

and 2nd week was something else directed at Mitch Landrieu.
I no longer live in BR, so I wouldn't know where to start to find someone who could do this.
