Choctaw, that doesn't compute.
Nick Saban said recently, they knew they would have a difficult time running against the Michigan St DL so they knew Coker would have to make some plays through the air so the schemed for it.
Remember Miles running Fournette, time after time, into the Alabama "brick wall". Then we lined up and did it again.
In 2011, after JJ was inept, Miles continued the same plays over and over.

Not losing to inferior teams? Remember the NC year of 07, after having lost to KENTUCKY we were fortunate enough to climb back to #1 by the end of season, all we needed was a win over Arkansas, Miles called them AR-Kansas had their State and team seeing red, kicked our butts and blew our chance for a NC, but as we know 3 teams had to lose on the same night, and by sum MIRACLE it happen, and by far the most talented team in the Country got to play(thanks to the sports writers) the NC game with 2 loses./ I'm still waiting for Miles to take the bull by the horn, recruit a QB and when his first NC, by TAKING IT

I was at the National Championship against tOSU.
Miles, team, and staff "took" that game halfway through the first quarter.
After losing late in the year and lining up against a good opponent in the NC.

I love when people try to shite on a NC team because of the coach. They always leave out the 2 games after UK

I don't think LSU loses to inferior teams.
The Arkansas RazorFags beat us regularly. Please take this comment back considering they are one of the all time cellar dwellers in the SEC West. Ole Miss is good but has inferior talent at LSU at the majority of positions.

You can't compare a very polished Matt Flynn and that offense to the garbage offenses we have had since then. If we had a QB as developed as Flynn we would have won at least two more NC's since then.

Lsu has won 3 of the last 5 how is that "regularly?"

If we had that TT QB I believe we would be playing in Glendale this weekend.
Maybe, but I don't think so. Not with the way our D played
And yes, having one of the best quarterbacks in CFB history would make us a better team
Still, tebow isn't exactly a Rhodes scholar. He was a fullback with a good deep ball who played in an extremely QB friendly offense. Quick throws with 1 read. Lots of playaction, even with an empty backfield

WTF is this word salad you are trying to pass off as fact.
When in doubt; go circular and talk in tongues. Confuse them with anything that doesn't make sense?

what Walsh is saying isn't some brilliant insightful thought it's just common sense. Miles/Cam have been a little slow on the uptake in this area, but they know this now which is why they have been trying to develop a passing game lately. Just hasn't worked out as well as they, the players, and the fans would like it to for a variety of reasons. Harris inaccurateness, Miles/Cams not being fully as familiar with the modern passing game as other coaches, problems with execution, etc. These problems are being delt with and LSU is adapting. Just taking a little more time than expected. By next season LSU is going to be up to speed with the rest of the football world in this area.

Teams that depend on the pass have the same trouble
Maybe so, but we don't need to run the TTU air-raid offense, we just need balance and creativity on offense. The problem is predictability. Being run-heavy is fine, as other posters have pointed out with Bama this year.
As far as recruiting more good passing pro-style QBs, I am all for that, but I'm not sure they wouldn't just regress in our offensive system. It may not be the "answer" to our problems on offense. Miles needs to make serious changes (like let your OC do his job), or he needs to go.

When is the last time Saban lost a few times a year?

When was the last time Miles had more 5* recruits?

Yet we put as many, if not more, quality players in the NFL

Well, if I didn't know better, these losses seem to be when we are outcoached. Miles' offense doesn't take a astronaut to plan for. If our defense or special teams can't win the game, or least give the offense a short field continually , our chances of beating a team with equal personnel are slim.

LSU O plays in the 1/2 half:
LF rushes the ball 8 times
BH passes/rushes the ball 13 times
Other players rush the ball 2 times
I don't see some abnormal/stubborn use of a RB with the talent of a LF.
While the LSU O did struggle, we should note the BH int. which gave Bama a 28 yd TD drive to start the 2nd 1/2 and the LSU D allowing almost 300 rushing for playing mighty big roles in that L as well. imo

Sabi, I'm not saying we don't; but the OPs arguement is saying we lose to inferior talent. Saban consistently has more 5* recruits, and we consistently lose to Bama. Or have been lately.
And I don't know what stance you have on Miles; but to say he loses a college game regularly to a super talented team; only to put more players in the NFL than said team would tell me, that has something to do with being a good coach, right?
