Beating Orgeron doesn’t even get his extra time?

Degenerate gamblers.

Gus at 20-1 Is the best bet IMO

I was going to add livestock to the scenario, but then I remembered that Jimbo is in College Station. That is probably a raise and contract extension.

Orgeron should be at the top of the list.
Let's look at the following: a 6-6 season.
Saban, Smart- they are coming off championship seasons, they get a pass for a year.
You have 6 brand new coaches, they get a year to establish things.
You have Ole Miss on probation, they are going to ride it out.
Vandy isn't firing anybody, he might take a job elsewhere.
So that leaves, who?
Orgeron at LSU
Gus at Auburn
Odom at Mizzou
Muschamp at So Carolina.
Of the 4, I think it's a tossup between O and Gus to get canned. Gus just got extended and his buyout is higher, plus he just won the West last year. O's still in "we're coming" mode, so he can least afford a setback.

If he really has two degrees from LSU I think I'll just forfeit mine.

Not a bad bet, but he did beat Bama last year. I don't think he's going anywhere for a few years.

It would take a pedo scandal to get rid of him.
Not if it's a relative, they condone that in Alabama.

Malzahn at 20/1 isn't terrible value
Saban at even 100/1 would still be awful value. That dude could have a basement full of children locked up and Bama fans would spin it to compliment his early scouting and recruiting ability.

I mean.....this isn't shocking news. Why would it make anyone mad?

How is it possible that any coach would have equal odds to Saban? If Mullen went winless this year (not going to happen but hypothetically) he'd likely be gone. If Saban went winless they'd build another statue for him. No coach in college football has as much job security as Saban. His odds should be like 2500-1.

i'm not even sure those scenarios would cost saban his job.
pretty sure you are right
for saban to get fired, it would require a youtube video posted of him fricking the dead body of a boy while wiping underage black girls he has chained to a wall while screaming call me massta you (insert taboo "n" word here) !!!
anything short of that they would never fire him

50/1? What a ripoff.

Not sure that would get Saban out. A booster would step in and take the charges.
