This team does not deserve a Regional bid, especially when you let Bethune-Cookman score 10 runs. They could go 23-0 to finish the regular season, and they still don’t deserve it. This is downright embarrassing, no other way to explain it. Even if the Tigahs come back to win, that doesn’t change anything.

Rantz made a great point about Jason Williams in 1996 who made either 3 or 5 errors for a team that won the CWS. He was a hell of an athlete and a great SS for that field considering the bats they used then.
He said you can’t compare the old box to the new.
As far as Bregman, he got to balls not many that’s ever worn an LSU uniform could. Unreal range.

You realize Milam kills us at the plate almost as much as anyone currently playing? He is a double play king and batting under .250. Objectively terrible batting

Is it more unlikeable (not sure how you quantify that) than our 2024 team that started 3-12 in league play with Tommy White, Jared Jones, Griffin Herring, and 2 AA starting pitchers? I think people here have some really short memories. That team totally collapsed late in almost every game before finally figuring it out in late April
