I usually just give the same conciliatory half-smile and nod I give a child after being told he or she watched the avengers 10 times and say nothing, otherwise, if I'm in the mood I'll reply with the above, or one of the following:
"around the bowl and down the hole, roll tide roll."
"ticks and tide fans... it's amazing how long some things can live off a dead bear."
or a simple "geaux tigers!"

I always say Roll Home, but you can add to your double-wide if you are feeling extra spicy.

Say something trashy and then finish with the hickest "Rawl Tyde" you can.
