Bear from Gameday makes a good point
It’s tough to play big games in back to back weeks.

Jacob Hester touched on this the other day. The Auburn game was emotionally draining for the gaytards and the Utah State game was a tuneup for LSU.

Perspective on Florida situation at LSU this week. Dating back to 2010, last 12 ranked teams to pull a home upset and face another ranked team as an underdog the following week: 1-11 SU, 4-8 ATS. Only win '14 Ole Miss at A&M week after Rebels upset Alabama.

The average loss was by 23 pts.
The average loss for the double digit underdog was 40.5.

Im curious why nobody has pointed out LSU has a higher rated total defense than FL

Bear (whoever he is) is a fraud btw.

Because they have played one more game than us. They allow less yards per game on average. 276 yards per game to our 288.
