Inexcusable with that team

but we will not having a losing record under him.

Would be almost impressive if he did have a losing season considering how horrendous our OOC schedule is.

IMO JJ will be gone after this year

Well yea, because of last year, not this year.

We don't have a killer OOC schedule, and CJJ does better with lesser teams. We will finish 8-10/7-11 in the SEC and probably lose 3-4 OOC games. We will not finish with less than 16 wins. It simply won't happen. People who act like they just KNOW it's going to happen are laughable.

Antonio Blakeney will win a few games by himself. Victor has proven that he can score. Patterson has prove he can be a good player. Sampson came out as a high recruit who has loads of upside. Reath is skinny but is very skilled for a big man. Epps should be better. Mays is a very solid and good player....we simply will not be THAT bad

We have a team that if everything starts working together they could slide into the big tourney. Its an under the radar team. Not flashy with lots of upside

Just let Blakeney shoot it 30 times a game.

I really hope to see Sampson take a step forward this year. I think he's got loads of potential. I also hope Reath and Elbert are quasi-functional so we aren't totally fricked when Victor gets in foul trouble and CJJ makes him sit for 10-15 minutes

Great Darryl, we finished in the top 4 last year and what did that get us?

When has he done better with a lesser team? He's had multiple pros on every roster and made one tourney appearance since getting here. He's a bum!!

You're an absolute moron if you think don't think he did more with less with his first team at LSU. A team that featured a starting walk-on tuba player at center.

Ever since then, there has been expectations and JJ has just about shite the bed every year since.

CJJ has had some pretty solid luck with his transfers so far. Coleman, Carmouche, Hornsby, Victor, Gray. If the new guys this year pan out we might surprise some people.

This is probably what has frustrated me the most about the last few years. There was so much energy and passion with that team. It made me excited about the future of LSU basketball. I wanted and truly believed that CJJ had LSU hoops on the path to being a consistent winner and NCAA tourney participant.

We had less depth and a worse team in his first season. We won't finish much worse than that. Schedule is too easy to lose 15+ games.

According to the BB media day interviews yesterday, Reath may be better than I originally expected. He may start along side Victor and have 3 guards with them.
